Website privacy

Last updated: October 29, 2026

This notice explains how serenexis uses information on its corporate website. We use it to respond to inquiries, operate and protect the site, and understand which pages are useful. This notice does not cover the information you keep in your PlannerX account.

Information we collect and why

Information you provide. When you contact us, we receive your name, email address, company if you provide one, and your message. We use this information to answer your inquiry and provide the information or services you request. The contact form identifies required fields; without them, we cannot send or respond to your message. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in a message.

Information collected automatically. Our website and its service providers receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, the referring website and the time of your visit. We use this information to deliver the site, troubleshoot problems, and detect and investigate fraud, misuse and security incidents.

We also use your country to determine whether basic website statistics are enabled. We do not add your country or IP address to those statistical reports. The retention section explains how long the different types of information are kept.

Website statistics

We use summary information about visits to public pages, broad referral sources and campaigns, and clicks on PlannerX links to improve this website. For example, it helps us understand which pages are useful and whether visitors arrive from a search engine or a link on another website.

These statistics are not linked to your PlannerX account and are not used for advertising or personalised marketing. They do not include your name, email address or the contents of forms. We do not use tracking cookies to recognise you across visits for these statistics.

Cookies and similar technologies

We store your privacy preference in your browser so we can remember your choice. Security services used on forms can also use cookies and information about your browser and connection to help distinguish people from automated abuse.

Some forms use Google reCAPTCHA for this protection. Google processes information when it runs, under its Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Form protection is separate from our website statistics.

Your privacy choices

Use Privacy choices in the footer to turn website statistics on or off at any time. We remember this choice in the browser where you make it. Statistics may be off by default depending on where you visit from. We also turn them off when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal.

Turning statistics off stops future statistical collection from that browser; it does not remove earlier summary totals. This choice does not prevent you from using the website. Information needed to deliver and protect the site, or respond to a message you send us, is handled separately.

You can also manage cookies and stored preferences in your browser settings. Clearing browser storage removes your saved choice, so you may need to set it again. Blocking security cookies may affect some forms.

Service providers

We use service providers to host and protect the website and deliver messages. These include Amazon Web Services for hosting, Resend for email delivery and Google reCAPTCHA for form protection. The information they receive depends on the service: hosting processes website requests, email delivery processes submitted messages, and form protection processes browser and connection information.

We do not sell website statistics or use them for targeted advertising. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

How long we keep information

Website statistical reports are normally kept for about three months. Routine deletion may take additional time. Your saved privacy choice remains in your browser until you change it or clear your browser storage.

We keep correspondence while handling your request and for related business or legal needs. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the inquiry, any ongoing service relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements.

Our hosting provider currently retains website access logs for the lifetime of our hosting service. Records preserved for a security investigation or legal requirement may be kept longer. Turning website statistics off does not delete these separate records.

Your privacy rights and how to contact us

We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

To ask a privacy question or make a request, use our Contact page and identify it as a privacy request. You may also ask about information associated with a PlannerX account.
