PlannerX planning guide

A family planner for plans you share

A family plan often starts in a conversation, then spreads across messages, calendars and someone’s notebook. A PlannerX Group gives relatives one shared place to return to.

Example: a family reunion

Use the Home page for the date and meeting place, a child page for meal plans, the group calendar for activities and tasks for the things people agree to bring. Share an announcement when the plan changes and collect photos in an album afterward.

How to plan it in PlannerX

  1. Give the plan a home

Create a Group for your family or gathering. Add a welcome message to its Home page and invite the people taking part.

  2. Keep useful details together

Create child pages for plans and resources. Put the schedule in the group calendar and record the preparations as group tasks.

  3. Make changes easy to find

Use announcements for updates, discussions for decisions and comments alongside the relevant page.

  4. Choose what to share

Review the Group’s public settings before sharing its public link. Keep personal details and information intended only for members in the private Group.

Personal goals, notes and commitments belong in your own planner. The Group is for the family plan that members share.
