Planning a trip involves more than choosing dates. People need the same itinerary, a place for questions and a way to keep track of the preparations.

Start a Group with a Home page summarizing the trip. Add pages for the itinerary and packing list, calendar entries for meetups and tasks for bookings or supplies. Use an announcement for a changed meeting time and a photo album for memories after the trip.

Create a trip Group, write a short overview on its Home page and invite the people joining you.
Build the itinerary
Use pages for day-by-day plans, useful links and travel notes. Add the shared activities to the group calendar.
Coordinate the preparations
List the tasks that matter, agree who will handle each one and keep questions and decisions in the Group’s discussions.
Share updates carefully
Use announcements for changes. Review public visibility before sharing a link, and keep booking references, personal contact details and other sensitive travel information private.
